The Bible
We believe that the Holy Bible was written by men and divinely inspired; that the sacred scriptures contain the revelation of the heart and will of God concerning the need and method of human redemption and the character and destiny of mankind; that Scripture is “profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” We also believe in the inerrancy of the scriptures in the original autographs.
(Mt. 5:19, 24:35; Lk. 24:44; Jn. 5:39; Rom. 15:4; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Pet. 1:19-21)
(Mt. 5:19, 24:35; Lk. 24:44; Jn. 5:39; Rom. 15:4; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Pet. 1:19-21)
God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit
We believe in one living and true God, who is self-existent, eternal, and infinite in every excellence; who has revealed Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the same in essence though distinct in personality. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His vicarious death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, and His visible coming again. We believe in the divinity, personality, and administrative work of the Holy Spirit.

Fall of man
3. We believe in the fall of man and the consequent need of his redemption, he being subject to death and to the eternal displeasure of God.
(Gen. 3:1-6; 6:12; Ps. 9:17, 14:1-3; Jer. 17:9; Rom. 3:19, 5:19; Eph. 2:1-2; Rev. 20:10-15, 21:8).
(Gen. 3:1-6; 6:12; Ps. 9:17, 14:1-3; Jer. 17:9; Rom. 3:19, 5:19; Eph. 2:1-2; Rev. 20:10-15, 21:8).
Salvation through Christ Alone
We believe in the redemption through the sacrifice and mediation of Christ. (Mt. 26:28; Jn. 19:30; Acts 20:28; Rom. 3:24, 4:25, 8:34; 1 Cor. 15:3-4; 2 Cor. 5:19-21; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14; 1 Tim. 2:5; Heb. 9:12; 1 Pet. 1:18). We believe in justification from the penalty of sin through faith in the atoning righteousness of Christ, bringing us into a state of peace and favor with God. (Jn. 3:14-36; Acts 13:38-39; Rom. 4:5, 5:1, 9; Eph. 1:7; 2 Pet. 1:1).
Sanctification by the Holy Spirit
We believe in the constraining influence and quickening of the Holy Spirit as the means and source of spiritual life.
(Jn. 3:5-6, 6:33; Acts 2:33, 38, 4:31; 1 Cor. 2:11; 2 Cor. 3:6; Gal. 5:25; 1 Pet. 1:12).
(Jn. 3:5-6, 6:33; Acts 2:33, 38, 4:31; 1 Cor. 2:11; 2 Cor. 3:6; Gal. 5:25; 1 Pet. 1:12).
Assurance of Salvation
We believe in the preservation of all who believe unto salvation through the love and power of the Triune God.
(Jn. 5:24, 10:27-30, 17:12; 18:9; Rom. 5:21, 8:11, 29-30, 13:11; 2 Cor. 1:10; Eph. 1:13; Col. 3:3-5; 2 Tim. 1:12; 1 Pet. 1:4; Jude 24).
(Jn. 5:24, 10:27-30, 17:12; 18:9; Rom. 5:21, 8:11, 29-30, 13:11; 2 Cor. 1:10; Eph. 1:13; Col. 3:3-5; 2 Tim. 1:12; 1 Pet. 1:4; Jude 24).
Baptism
We believe that the Christian baptism is a symbol of the believer’s union with Christ in His death and resurrection and that the only mode revealed in the New Testament is the burial of the believer’s body in water and his rising therefrom. (Mt. 28:19; Acts 2:41, 8:38-39; Rom. 6:3-5; 1 Cor. 12:13; Gal. 3:27; Eph. 4:5; Col. 2:12; 1 Pet. 3:21). We believe that all regenerated ones are members of the church, the invisible body of Christ, and that all such should testify to this union by submitting to the ordinance of baptism, an act of type and likeness that unites them with a visible body of believers that observes the forms, ordinances, and principles laid down in the New Testament. (Acts 10:44-48; Rom. 6:5; 1 Cor. 11:2, 12:13).
The Lord's Table
We believe that the Lord’s Supper is a commemoration of His dying love, symbolizing the fact that the believer is nourished and sustained by Christ.
(Mt. 26:26-30; Jn. 6:51-58; Acts 2:42, 20:7; 1 Cor. 10:16-21, 11:23-29).
(Mt. 26:26-30; Jn. 6:51-58; Acts 2:42, 20:7; 1 Cor. 10:16-21, 11:23-29).
Marriage
We believe that God created the institution of marriage and that His eternal and exclusive design for this union is the uniting of one naturally born man with one naturally born woman to create one flesh.
(Gen. 2:24-25; Deut. 22:5; 1 Cor. 6:9-10; Lev. 18:22; Matt. 19:4-6; 1 Cor. 11:2-6; Lev. 20:13; Rom. 1:26-28; 1 Tim. 1:8-11)
(Gen. 2:24-25; Deut. 22:5; 1 Cor. 6:9-10; Lev. 18:22; Matt. 19:4-6; 1 Cor. 11:2-6; Lev. 20:13; Rom. 1:26-28; 1 Tim. 1:8-11)
Government
We believe that civil government is ordained of God, and whilst waiting for Christ’s appearing we should pray for those in authority and submit to their decrees when such are not contrary to the revealed will of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(Rom. 13:1-7; 1 Tim. 2:1-4; Tit. 3:1; 1 Pet. 2:13, 14, 17)
(Rom. 13:1-7; 1 Tim. 2:1-4; Tit. 3:1; 1 Pet. 2:13, 14, 17)
Last Things
We believe in the state of personal existence after this life and in accountability according to the deeds done in the body.
(Saints: Rom. 14:10; 2 Cor. 5:10; 1 Jn. 2:28; 2 Jn. 8; Sinners: Dan. 12:2; Mt. 25:46; Rom. 2:5; Heb. 2:2).
(Saints: Rom. 14:10; 2 Cor. 5:10; 1 Jn. 2:28; 2 Jn. 8; Sinners: Dan. 12:2; Mt. 25:46; Rom. 2:5; Heb. 2:2).
We believe that our Lord shall return in accordance with Acts 1:11, at which time the saints both dead and living shall be caught up to meet the Lord in the air; so shall we ever be with the Lord; at this time the saints shall be judged and rewarded in the worthy appointed places of rulership with our Lord in His millennial Kingdom.
(Luk. 19:16-19; Rom. 8:17; 1Cor. 15:32; Phi. 3:21; Col. 3:4; 1 Thes. 4:16; 2 Tim. 2:12; Tit.2:13; 1 John 3:2-3)
(Luk. 19:16-19; Rom. 8:17; 1Cor. 15:32; Phi. 3:21; Col. 3:4; 1 Thes. 4:16; 2 Tim. 2:12; Tit.2:13; 1 John 3:2-3)
We believe that after the millennial reign and final apostasy the unsaved of all dispensations will be gathered before the Great White Throne and, adjudged worthy of death, shall be separated forever from the presence of God and His saints.
